You have probably a lot of data which you would like to utilize for Sales Growth, Cost Reduction or order purposes. Customer 360 is a concept for utilizing Sales Data for optimization.

The base Idea for Customer 360 is to find the information that help you in the decision making on detailed level. You know the Strategic, Tactical and Operational dimension.

The further the information can help you on the operational level the more value the analytics bring you!

The analytical finding should naturally be in line with the strategy and tactical direction set by the management.

This is an example of how we would approache the initial Customer 360 start-up project. We have years of project management practise founded on training. Notice the feedback loop. The Design Development will be an Agile procedure. We have a scrum certificate, if you require a scrum process.

There are some prereqvisites for the project Aspiration:

  • System Capability: Do you have the Platform available or must this the implementation be part of the project.
  • Data Availability: Do you have the data available in system to produce the desired analytics.
  • Data Quality: This is the returnering issue. You have a lot of data, but it is in a condition that a cleansing is required, and most likely also implementation of Data Governance.
  • Analytical Ability: This is the ability to understand the outcome of the reports. To use the information on daily basis. Motivation to use the analytics is also part of this.

Before the Kick-Off, we would address these topics. Aspiration towards the complicated Analytics is also addressed. You might already have Descriptive and some Diagnostic analytics inhouse. You would like to go in the direction of Predictive and Prescriptive analytics

One project cannot complete the palette of analytics of a company. In the initial workshop, analytics are priotitized and chosen for the first project. First batch of reports are always where data in the right quality is available.

The analytics can then be ranked and based on this, the initial project scope can be set.
